Services

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed.

If you experience any issues with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a correction or resolution.

Deposits

Any deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources specifically for your appointment.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in loss of deposit.
